These Terms govern your use of InboxLean (the “Service”) at inboxlean.com and related apps. By using the Service or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
InboxLean helps you organize email and prepare reply drafts inside Gmail and Outlook / Microsoft 365. Features may include unsubscribe assistance, filing, AI-generated drafts saved only to your Drafts folder, and digests. We do not send email on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing and sending any message.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service for lawful business or professional purposes. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your connected mail accounts secure.
3. Waitlist & beta
During Google and Microsoft verification, access may be limited to a waitlist and a capped test-user beta. Beta features may change, break, or be withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific launch date.
4. Your mail & permissions
By connecting Gmail or Microsoft, you authorize InboxLean to access your account within the scopes you approve, solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant that access (e.g., you own the mailbox or your organization allows it). You can revoke access at any time via Google, Microsoft, or InboxLean.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass security, scrape or overload our systems, use the Service to violate law or others’ rights, or reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law allows. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or risk to other users or providers (including Google and Microsoft policy violations).
6. Fees
Paid plans (e.g., Starter $12/mo, Pro $19/mo) are billed as described at signup. Prices may change with notice for future periods. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable for partial months. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service, branding, and software. You own your content and mail. You grant us a limited license to process your content only to provide the Service to you. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
8. Third-party services
Gmail, Google, Microsoft, Outlook, and payment processors are third parties with their own terms. Their availability and policies can affect the Service. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes beyond our reasonable control.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI drafts can be wrong or incomplete — always review before sending.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INBOXLEAN AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify InboxLean against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of Google/Microsoft policies.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion under our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by a platform provider, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice when practical).
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated when practical.
